Dictionary

Procman supports four languages, English,German, France and Spanish. Texts that correspond to the selected language are loaded from XML dictionary. Dictionaries are stored in etc/dictionaries directory. A small extract of hos.xml dictionary file:

These texts are provided by HORIZONT. Overwriting them in hos.xml is dangerous as our own values would be lost when the latest fixpack is applied.You can define your own dictionaries provided you keep the format. These dictionaries must be specified in $wai_ext_dictionary_files variable in hos_config.php script. In your XML dictionaries you can define new messages that are referenced from interfaces used in the process configuration, like is for example i_alter_text interface. You can also overwrite existing messages if you use the same id as in the original hos.xml file.
