Processing element DELETE

Delete element will initialize process of deleting data in existing applications segment. Delete of data is possible in these IWS application segments run cycle segment (ADRUN), operation segment (ADOP), external dependencies (ADDEP), special resources (ADSR). Delete in common segment (ADCOM) is not possible. Except IWS application segments it is possible to use DELETE also in IWS additional data (ADDATA).

The scope of delete is configured using attribute scope the same way as for element change.

Example: delete from IWS application all external dependencies
