General structure

The ProcMan administration dialog menu is divided into two main sections: Definitions and Tools (see picture below).

The section 'Definitions' contains items which represent objects in ProcMan (Clients, Roles, Accounts, Calendars and Search areas) and also relationships among them (Timezone assignment, Role assignment and Calendar assignment). The submenu 'Processes' contains items which represent parts of process definitions in ProcMan (Actions, Global Definitions and Process Definitions).

The section "Tools" offers useful features to help administer the ProcMan (Deleted Processes, Encryption, Log Files Administration and Savepoints).

Clicking on an item in the administration dialog menu starts the appropriate dialog.
