To achieve that processes of a client can use a calendar for selecting and checking their date, time and timestamp values for using only working days, the calendar has to be assigned to the client. A calendar can be assigned to as many clients as needed. To a client only one calendar can be assigned. If no calendar is assigned to a client there are all dates handled as working days.
Alternatively to the calendar assignment dialog a calendar can be assigned to a client also in the client definition.
By clicking on the Calendar assignment menu item the calendar assignment administration dialog is being started.
After the dialog has been started, the list of already defined calendars is displayed (see picture below). If there are no calendars defined a message informing about this fact is displayed instead.
This dialog can be left by clicking the Cancel button. It can also be left at any time, even in the following calendar to clients assignment form, by selecting another function from the ProcMan menu. If this happens in the following form the last changes done in the form are discarded.
A calendar assignment can be started by selecting it in the calendars list form (checking the radio-button at the beginning of the table row) and clicking the OK button in the calendars list form. Alternatively a calendar assignment can be started also by clicking on the calendar name in the table of the calendars list form. After that a form with the clients list appears (see picture below).
By clicking the Cancel button the dialog returns to the calendars list form discarding all changes.
In the Clients table clients can be selected (by checking the check-box at the beginning of each client row) to which the previously selected calendar shall be assigned.
By clicking the OK button the assignment is saved and the dialog returns to the calendars list form.
