IWS rules configuration in process configuration

In PHP process definition file is definition of IWS rule filename, that is used during process.

The interfaces of modules that can use IWS rules have configuration settings i_tws_ad_appl_ins, i_tws_ad_appl_copy, i_tws_ad_appl_mod, i_tws_ad_copy_all_appl, i_tws_adhoc_appl, i_tws_ad_appl_tws_upd.
