This utility generates a certificate request (for an X.509 certificate) and a key files. The certificate request can then be sent (without the key file) to the certification authority (CA) which has to sign it and send back the final certificate. Such a certificate and the key file can then be used to configure the Web-Server for an encrypted https communication. For to start it, change in the directory where ProcMan is installed (with cd command in the command window) and execute the command:
